Temecula seemed to be lacking what we like to call southern hospitality. When we opened our restaurant in October 2011, we wanted to give Temecula just that. Management and staff have strived to make this happen for our guests with great food, great service, and great entertainment, showcasing our southern hospitality.

We can serve all your needs here. Not only do we have a large and spacious dining area, an outside patio for those who like the open spaces, and a bar area with 6 TV’s to fulfill all your sports needs, but we also have a stage where we hold events throughout the week. Executive Chef Bernard Johnson

The many years of experience make Chef Bernard Johnson the perfect fit for Da Bayou. Chef Bernard's experience includes 5 years as executive chef for Embassy Suites, 1 year as executive chef at Warner Springs Ranch, as well as sous chef at the famous Rancho Bernardo Inn. When it comes to running kitchens, nobody does it better than our Chef Bernard.

When approached by management to run a Louisiana kitchen, for Chef Bernard it was a no-brainer. The French Valley needs more southern-style cuisine, but it needs to be done the right way. Chef Bernard's can-do attitude and know-how go a long way in making the best food Da Bayou has to offer.

Sous Chef Dante Blake

A current member of the American Chef Federation and also alumni of Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts, Chef Dante Blake is a force to reckoned with in the culinary world. An up and coming chef with the heart of a champion and a great personality to boot, his recipes will go a long way.
