Chef Donté and the Signature Series Videos
Here at the Da Bayou, we take pride in knowing that all of our recipes were designed by culinary staples Chef Bernard Johnson and Chef Donté Blake. In this series of videos, Chef Donté shows how some of our best dishes are made.
Be very careful when watching these videos though. Your mouth may very well start watering from just the look of these delectable and delightful dishes. You might have to get down to Da Bayou right away. Drive safely please!!

Summer Nights Entertainment at Da Bayou
Now what would a "New Orleans" restaurant be without music and entertainment? It would be just another restaurant. So that's why we're not going to disappoint. Starting Summer 2012, Da Bayou will be hosting several live events in the patio area. With bands like The Industry Band and Official Biz, you in for some great dancing to go along with that great Bayou cuisine. The Summer Nights series kicks off in August so look forward to some hot times in the town!
